In fact, not only do you receive a €7 credit when you join EuroMoneyBack.com, but you also get money back from all the online shopping you do using our links and an additional bonus of €7 for each friend you refer that becomes an active user of EuroMoneyBack.com.
How does EuroMoneyBack.com work?
- First sign up for a free account with EuroMoneyBack.com.
- You will then receive an email with the instructions on how to activate your EuroMoneyBack.com account.
- Having activated your account, your account will be credited with €7.
- To be entitled to get money back from the retailers represented in EuroMoneyBack.com, you need to login to our site. Use the links on our site to visit the retailer and do your online shopping as normal.

- Once the "returns and validation period" expires and the retailer confirms the money back acceptance, the transaction status will change from "pending" to "completed" and the amount will be credit into your EuroMoneyBack.com account.
Remember: You can also earn €7 for each friend you refer that becomes an "active user" with EuroMoneyBack.com.
How can I earn money back?
This is quite simple; using the links provided on EuroMoneyBack.com, go to the retailer you wish to purchase a product from. By doing this, the Retailer will know that you have been referred by EuroMoneyBack.com. Once you complete your purchase with the Retailer, EuroMoneyBack.com will be informed that a purchase occurred and after the "returns and validation period" has expired, you will be entitled to a percentage of the amount you have spent.
How can EuroMoneyBack.com be able to give money back from my online shopping?
Companies invest huge amounts in advertising and promotion. EuroMoneyBack.com is an easy way to match your needs to what our partners and advertisers have to offer, saving them considerable marketing expense. As compensation, these partners and advertisers reward in the form of money back from your online shopping. As the membership of EuroMoneyBack.com continues to grow, so does our bargaining power and so we are able to offer you even more money back!
When will I receive my money back?
Once you have €25 or more available (from completed transactions) in your EuroMoneyBack.com account, you can then request that the money be transferred into your bank account via Paypal. Please bear in mind however, that the money transfer is performed by EuroMoneyBack.com via Paypal once a month, normally during the first week of every month.
How is my Money Back paid?
When your accumulated commission on one or more completed transactions reaches €25 you will be entitled to request the payment of your earnings. Payments are made via Paypal. Once the money back is processed by EuroMoneyBack.com via Paypal, you will receive an email from Paypal advising you of this transaction and instructing you how to access your money. Please note that in order for EuroMoneyBack.com to cover its own fees with PayPal EuroMoneyBack.com will deduct the fees charged by Paypal from the amount transferred.
What if I do not have a Paypal account?
If you do not have an existing Paypal account it will be necessary to create one. Bear in mind that you require a Paypal account to receive the money back you're entitled to. Paypal accounts are free, simple to use and only require a few minutes to setup.
I have a Paypal account, so what now?
If you have a Paypal account, once the money back you're entitled to is transferred to it, you will then have the option of transferring the money from your PayPal account into your bank account or using it to pay for goods/services via PayPal.
How can I make sure my money back is being tracked?
The tracking of your money back is dependent upon several factors, namely:
- You carrying out the transaction in accordance with the terms of the offer.
- The configuration of your PC (cookies MUST be enabled).
- Accurate tracking and reporting by the retailer plus one or more third party agents.
Because of this, a small percentage of transactions may not be recorded and so money back can never be guaranteed. Be assured that we always award you the money back we get paid from your online shopping with EuroMoneyBack.com partners.
Here is a list of things you should do to ensure your money back will be awarded, in ascending order of importance:
- Always login to EuroMoneyBack.com and use the provided links to visit a retailer
- Ensure you agree to the terms of the offer and complete the transaction wholly online.
- Don't use any special codes (referrals, discounts, promotions), unless we have specifically stated that you can use them in conjunction with our money back offers.
- Ensure that your PC / browser is configured to allow cookies, and is free of spyware, adware and ad-blocking software.
It's rare that you don't get money back by shopping using our links but it does sometimes happen, for various reasons. This is why we emphasise that money back can never be guaranteed and you should not take part in an offer just for any potential money back you might receive.
If a transaction has failed to appear on your statement, or the transaction has been rejected by the retailer you can always open a claim for money back with us, and we will try to address the problem with the retailer. We can not promise however, that any money back will be forth coming.
What if I want my money back in a currency other then the Euro?
Because EuroMoneyBack.com aims solely at the European market, the base currency for all transactions is in Euro. If you wish to withdraw your money in any other currency you may do so, as PayPal offers a currency exchange service. Please note however that you will be liable for the standard currency exchange rate.
Is there a time frame for reporting missing transactions?
Yes, as you no doubt appreciate, it is simply impossible to follow up any missing transactions beyond a certain date. Therefore, if you suspect you have any missing transactions, please report the matter to us within 3 months. Simply open a claim to us providing all the relevant details of your transaction and we will follow up with the retailer concerned.
Do I get anything for telling my friends about EuroMoneyBack.com?
Oh, yes! Every time you refer a friend and they become "active users" within 90 days, your account will be credited with €7.
