The Euro Money Back Program
This agreement outlines your obligations as a member of EuroMoneyBack.com and explains EuroMoneyBack.com's obligations to you ("The Member"). When you sign up as a member of this site you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
We aim to reward our members by means of cash back on your purchases made through the retailers featured on the Euro Money Back Program web site. We aim to deliver you more relevant and personalized offers by using information that you voluntarily give us while keeping this information confidential.
Becoming a Euro Money Back Program Member
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling as a Euro Money Back Program member as they explain the terms and conditions governing membership of the Service, and it is your responsibility to read and understand them. By enrolling as a member to Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Enrolment is defined as providing us with your valid email address and a password with which to access your account. Participation in the Service and its benefits are offered at our discretion.Membership of the Site
You may only sign up once and maintain one Euro Money Back Program account. We reserve the right to:
- terminate duplicate accounts, (with the loss to you of accumulated credits);
- refuse membership; and
- terminate your EuroMoneyBack.com membership without notice at any time.
- terminate your account if it has been, or is associated or involved with any form of activity we consider to be abusive, fraudulent or otherwise damaging to the business we carry on.
Members must be human: no machines, scripts or automated services may be used to accumulate any financial benefits derived from the use of the Service. Any evidence of fraudulent activity on any account will result in the termination of such account(s) without notice and with the loss to you of accumulated credits. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of fraudulent or duplicate purchases and duplicate registrations. Members are only permitted to make purchases via the Euro Money Back program for themselves, not on behalf of others. Transactions may be rejected where this is suspected. Friends and family of said member should open their own Euro Money Back program account in order to earn credits via the Euro Money Back program.
EuroMoneyBack.com is for the use of EU residents over 18 years of age. Other individuals will be accepted as EuroMoneyBack.com members however it is their sole responsibility to ensure that participation in EuroMoneyBack.com does not contravene any local laws. Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to become Members.
The Member agrees to provide only true and accurate information to EuroMoneyBack.com (including to its advertisers and partners) at all times, and to maintain accurate details on their account at www.EuroMoneyBack.com.
Service access
The Service is only available via access to the Euro Money Back Program website (http://www.EuroMoneyBack.com). You must have internet access and an email address to be eligible to receive the privileges and benefits of membership. We are not responsible for your inability to connect to the internet, log into the Euro Money Back Program website, or access your Euro Money Back Program account. We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time. In this event we will pay all Euro Money Back you have earned as long as you have reached the minimum payment threshold.Cash Back Credits
- Any offer of Euro Money Back for a transaction is made by EuroMoneyBack.com and not by its merchants. We receive an amount of commission from the merchant for generating the transaction and we pass that amount on to you, our member, once we have received it. All matters surrounding the goods or services you purchase are exclusively between you and the merchant.
- As a Euro Money Back Program member you will be credited with a percentage of your net purchase or the cash reward as displayed against the retailers shown on the Euro Money Back Program website. The net purchase for these purposes is the total amount of your purchase made at the retailer less any delivery, tax, gift wrapping or other transaction fees. The method of earning Euro Money Back credits is subject to change and will be communicated via the Euro Money Back Program website.
- Merchants are listed on the EuroMoneyBack.com site as giving either a percentage or fixed amount of cashback, for each genuine, completed transaction. Under no circumstances does this form a guarantee that you will receive any monetary amount as a result of your transaction.
- We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of cash back offers displayed on the Euro Money Back Program website. It is possible that between the time the retailer reports the purchase to us, and the actual purchase date that they have changed their cash back offer. In this case we are only able to pay the new revised offer as this is the amount we receive from the retailer.
- Please note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual retailer. We do not hold direct relationships with any of the merchants listed on the site and have no control over whether a transaction made by you, following a click through from EuroMoneyBack.com, is deemed genuine and successful by the merchant.
- Your Euro Money Back Program account will only be credited when the retailer confirms your purchase. Please note some retailers process purchasers when their returns policy has expired which can be sometime after the transaction is made. Should the goods be returned or the sale otherwise cancelled then the Euro Money Back payment will not be made.
- Euro Money Back amounts may be adjusted by us should we find that the wrong amount was reported to us by the retailer or for any accounting error discovered.
- Where for some reason the value of a transaction or commission amount is modified by a merchant the revised amount will become your entitlement. If a member believes the declined transaction has been reported by the merchant incorrectly they can raise an enquiry though our enquiry system and we will endeavor to return a resolution from the merchant.
- Euro Money Back credits can only be paid when you logged into the Euro Money Back Program website and accessed the retailer's site via the link from the Euro Money Back Program website. All transactions are electronically traced by third party software providers and reported back to EuroMoneyBack.com by the relevant tracking company. . In this case, the account holder will have no recourse against us or any of our Associates. We endeavor to ensure all transactions are reported back to us accurately, however we will not be held responsible for any errors beyond our control that may occur in the tracking and validation process. Where an error does occur we will use our best endeavors to source it and ensure that we are able to pay you the correct amount for your transaction however we make absolutely no guarantee that we will be successful in doing this.
- You must have "Cookies" enabled on your browser to enable the tracking of your purchases with the retailers on the Euro Money Back Program website.
Untracked, missing and rejected commissions
Should a transaction not be tracked or be rejected we accept no liability to pay the Euro Money Back amount to you as advertised on the Euro Money Back Program website. Transactions may fail to track or be rejected for reasons outside our control. We will always investigate untracked transactions and disputed rejections and will do everything we can to recover the credit for these, but this cannot be guaranteed.Payment Schedule
- The estimated amount payable on each transaction you make will appear in your member earnings report when we are notified of the transaction. This does not mean you are eligible to receive that amount and the transaction status we provide you with is only an indication of the status as provided to us by the relevant merchant or network. You only become eligible to receive an amount as Euro Money Back where we have receipt of your money from the merchant or network and your account is in good standing.
- Providing your account balance exceeds €25 payments will be made monthly, 45 days in arrears to allow fully for any returns or cancellations. Accounts with less than €25 credit will be carried forward to the next month.
- Rewards will take the form of credits to an electronic `money` system operated by merchants such as
Paypal (hereinafter referred to as "E-cashiers"); in this instance Members should note the following:
- A list of participating E-cashiers, and any associated terms and conditions, will be published on www.EuroMoneyBack.com
- The Member is responsible for opening an account with the E-cashier and providing to EuroMoneyBack.com such account details as EuroMoneyBack.com may request
- Payments can be made in the list of available currencies as published on www.EuroMoneyBack.com, subject to the selected E-cashier accepting payment in that currency.
- The `rate of exchange` of Euro Money Back to the chosen currency will be determined by EuroMoneyBack.com at the time the redemption request is processed. A `guide` list of such exchange rates may be published on www.EuroMoneyBack.com, but such rates are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Note also that the value of Euro Money Back redeemed may be reduced as a result of transaction costs imposed by third parties. A guide to such costs will be published on www.EuroMoneyBack.com but cannot be guaranteed as these may be varied by the third party and are not under the control of EuroMoneyBack.com.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your account details at EuroMoneyBack.com are accurate and that your account with the E-cashier is valid. We make no guarantee that you will be paid on any set date each month and accept no responsibility for late or missed payments.
Claims & Disputes
Any member wishing to raise questions or disputes regarding EuroMoneyBack.com, including without limitation, questions regarding participation and eligibility should do so in accordance with the instructions on www.EuroMoneyBack.com.
Members should not contact our Associates regarding any issues related to the awarding and redemption of Euro Money Back, which is the sole responsibility of EuroMoneyBack.com. Any infringement of this condition may result in immediate termination of membership.
Unless specifically notified otherwise, all goods and services promoted by our Associates are provided solely by the named supplier, and EuroMoneyBack.com makes no warrant in respect to them. You must exchange defective products or goods by following the supplier-designated procedures.
All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of EuroMoneyBack.com. In the event of an error by EuroMoneyBack.com your sole recourse will be the crediting of any disputed Euro Money Back.
Tax
You are responsible for assessing any tax implications that may arise through redeeming Euro Money Back under the EuroMoneyBack.com scheme, and for the payment of any said taxes.Transfers
Euro Money Back may not be transferred to other accounts nor pooled together in any manner. The sale or barter of Euro Money Back is strictly prohibited by EuroMoneyBack.com.Inactive Accounts
We reserve the right to terminate your account in the event that your Euro Money Back Program account is showing no transactions for 12 calendar months or more. In this case you would forfeit any Euro Money Back earned, regardless of their status.Modification of Agreement
We may modify any of these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and in our sole discretion by posting new Terms and Conditions on the Euro Money Back Program website at http://www.EuroMoneyBack.com.
Your continued membership of EuroMoneyBack.com will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Newsletter
By becoming a Euro Money Back Program member you agree to receive the Euro Money Back Program newsletter. Please note that your email address and personal details will only be used to send you information relating to the Euro Money Back Program and its partners and will never be given or sold to any third party.Other Membership Facilities
EuroMoneyBack.com may provide additional facilities on www.EuroMoneyBack.com, not directly related to the earning and redemption of Euro Money Back, such as; discussion forums, private messaging and other means of inter-member communication. The Member should use such facilities in accordance with the Terms of Use and guidelines as published on www.moneyback.com. EuroMoneyBack.com reserves the right to withdraw such facilities from an individual Member either temporarily or permanently and/or terminate their membership, in the event that The Member's use of such facilities is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise contrary to the interests of EuroMoneyBack.com.
Note that EuroMoneyBack.com accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of communications made by other Members using these facilities. Complaints about such communications should be made in writing to EuroMoneyBack.com.
Access and security
Each member joining EuroMoneyBack.com will register under their username and password, which should not be disclosed to any third party.
For authorization and redemption purposes, you will be required to identify yourself through your username and password. For the avoidance of doubt, any individual logging in with a correct username and password will have full access to that account, and it is the sole responsibility of the account holder to ensure that this information is not made available to unauthorized individuals.
Access to your account is password protected and we never release details of this to third parties. Details are only released when we receive an email from the email account of the member. If you have forgotten your password, please use the `Password Reset` facility request your password and username.
Note: You should NEVER reveal your password to anyone. No employee or agent of EuroMoneyBack.com will ever ask you to reveal your password. EuroMoneyBack.com cannot be responsible for any activity in your account which results from a member not keeping their password secure.
Warranty
The EuroMoneyBack.com scheme is being offered to individuals "as is" with no warranty to the maximum extent as permitted by the law. EuroMoneyBack.com disclaims any representation and warranties, express or implied, with respect to the scheme, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.
EuroMoneyBack.com does not make any warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality of, or assurance of any advertisement or any merchandise, products, or services offered or provided by third party companies participating in the EuroMoneyBack.com scheme.
Miscellaneous
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.Privacy Policy
